I think that these career destinations used to exist in higher quantities. It's when employment stops being your job, and starts being your passion. Everyone has a career path, a career destination is the end goal. It's a company that attracts employees because of it's outstanding employee treatment and benefits. What would it be like to work for a place that was genuinely trying to become a career destination for young people? What would it look like?
